Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the main forms of treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves thin needles that are inserted in the body at very specific points. This process adjusts and balances the body’s energy flow, and is used to treat a wide variety of illnesses and health conditions. The diagnosis is made through the tongue and pulses but also general observation.
Vincent practices Traditional Chinese acupuncture and Western medical acupuncture. These two disciplines perfectly complement each other and offer greater efficacy.
Chinese acupuncture helps to adjust the circulation of the body’s energy and restore vitality and a good health. Western acupuncture is based on a knowledge of neuroscience and anatomy, and uses evidence from clinical studies and trials to help with all kinds of health issues, musculoskeletal problems being the most common.
Vincent is a registered practitioner, so osteopathy and acupuncture treatments can often be partially covered by ACC.
