Pilates is a form of exercise that works on strengthening the body, with an emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility and also focuses on the mind-body connection. This is a safe, effective, low-impact, whole-body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels & exercise experience.

Private sessions are available in Motueka and Takaka.

A private session is highly recommended  if it has been a while since your last regular training, or if you have conditions that may require modifying exercises. Addresses the basic positions, and good for assessing movement and strength. Telehealth appointments are available for this service.

Pilates class every Saturday at 4 pm at the Bowling club.

Please, wear comfortable clothes, not too baggy, no perfume because of people's allergies, bring your own mat and some water. Come 5 minutes earlier to relax on your mat or have a chat with me.
