Qigong
The art of preventing disease and prolonging life ; QIGONG is a millennium-old exercise system from China's wisdom culture. Gentle movements and resting positions stimulate the flow of energy, build up the life force and create mental calmness and clarity.
Yuan Qigong is a comprehensive discipline. Practicing Yuan Qigong helps to increase mental clarity, improves internal strength and stability, and helps us understand the patterns of thought that inadvertently support negative emotions and illness.
Rapid and effective changes in health can occur with Qigong practice, but it is very common to feel a noticeable increase in wellbeing and a gradual alleviation of symptoms.

A QI HEALING (Energy healing) session is about activating energy and information for the purpose of changing and normalizing the unhealthy condition of the Qi and/or the consciousness.
Because the consciousness and Qi are at the root of many health problems and this technique addresses both, it can be a very effective way of healing. Often the effects will show within a relatively short time
With the use of these activities and the ‘total information’ the consciousness is able to activate through Qi, an unhealthy state and information can be transformed by changing the time and space structures of the unhealthy condition. This way, the health of both the body and the consciousness can be improved and so, the amount, flow and quality of Qi for the purpose of facilitating the body’s self-healing
Because we understand the root level of health problems, it can help deal with many different types of conditions: chronic diseases, acute conditions, damaged organs, symptoms of unknown causes, contagious diseases, abnormalities of chemical changes in the body, injuries and illnesses having prenatal causes. Non-physical problems can also be dealt with including problems on psychological, personality, mental and consciousness levels.
