Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility and also focuses on the mind-body connection. It is a safe, effective, low-impact, whole-body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels & exercise experience.


PRIVATE SESSIONS are customised for you, address specific problems, injuries, learn more about your body, posture...Can be combined with a pain and stress relief therapy - using Scenar/Craniosacral therapy/reflexology.

  • wear comfortable clothes without belt ( like leggings or a short), not too baggy to allow me to see your legs

  • For private sessions, mat and pillows are provided - Bring some water.

  • Do not use perfumes for the health of all clients.
