After you treatment, plan to rest & recover

For your well being, time to rest!
Its best you don't plan to have too much on for the first 24-48 hours after your appointment. This includes avoiding intense workouts, heavy lifting or demanding activities.
Even going to work afterwards can be tiring.
As the body unravels we don't want to overdo it. This is because it is settling into a new state. As this happens there can be a period of discomfort for 1-3 days as the body changes.
 
For the first 1-3 days after the session you may experience
some minor discomfort or aggravation of your symptoms.
This is a normal part of the body’s response.
It is common for the full benefit of the treatment to be felt
after 2 - 3 days. Everyone feels different depending on
their current situation.
Healing is a process, and varies from person to person.
